This year we contributed to realizing the ideas of designers and companies, offering our technical support and our experience in the field of engineering for the products exhibited at the Salone del Mobile in Milan.   On this occasion, we have been to Milan for a few days. Visiting the fair and the Fuori Salone gives us the opportunity to see first-hand the latest innovations, discover new materials and keep up to date with innovative technologies.

We have expanded our workshop equipment and enriched our services with 3D printers. Among the different technologies we have chosen Stereolithography (SLA) and Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF).   Stereolithography allows the creation of a solid object, in resin, with an excellent surface finishing and high definition. It is used for small elements that are part of a product or for purely aesthetic models.   Simpler, however, is the FFF technology which is widely used in the world of additive manufacturing, it is used for the creation of small and medium-sized functional and aesthetic prototypes.   Services - 3D PRINTING

This year our services are enriched, we have decided to implement our knowledge and skills with the internal study of virtual simulations.   Our technicians have followed a high-level course for the structural analysis (FEM) specialized program and are ready to ensure the adequate mechanical resistance of the product before manufacturing. The results can lead us to possible revisions of the model and to the refinement of the project to meet the requirements requested by the regulations.   Services - VIRTUAL ANALYSIS

In 2018, Activa obtained the ISO 9001 certification, a voluntary international standard that certifies an organization's ability to manage resources, structure itself and adopt production processes while respecting certain quality requirements.   This year, Activa successfully renewed the certification in the field of design, industrialization and prototyping of products in the furniture sector.   Certificazione ISO 9001
